Here are some FAQ that you might interested:

1. Do you selling price stated had include shipping price?    

Answer : Yes, our selling price had include shipping price to your door steps, provided your shipping address is within USA. 

2. Is there any hidden or extra fees that imposed by you other than the price stated?  

Answer : No, the price stated is the final selling price that bill to our customers. There is no any hidden charges or extra fees.

3. So the product price you charge is only include shipping fees to USA? Do you ship to other country other than USA?

Answer : Yes. the price stated is only include shipping fees to USA only. And yes, we do ship the product to other country as well.

You can contact us here ( a new window will open after you clicked, please disable your pop up blocker if any ) to let us know which product you are interested, how many quantity you wish to purchase, and you wish to ship to which country, then we can send you a free quotation in best price :)

4. How many days it takes for me to received my products after I paid?

Answer : We will post the item out the next working day after received payment from customers. (Except public holiday, Saturday or Sunday )

Base on our experience, estimated delivery time: 

United States & worldwide : 6 - 8 working days.

Europe countries: 5 - 10 working days.

Asia countries: 4 - 10 working days

* Please note that delivery time may be vary a bit due to custom clearance factor or high shipping volume when near public holiday like Christmas or New Year.  

5. How do I make payment?

Answer : We accept payment via paypal. You just need to open a paypal account or pay via credit card directly ( without open paypal account ) by click the buy now button or add to cart paypal button below the product in our website and follow the instruction stated. 

5. Do you offer combine shipping discount?

Answer : We do offer combine shipping discount :) Please reach us at our contact us form here if you wish to do multiple item purchase, so I can quote my best price for you :) 

6. What if I received wrong product, or defected / damaged product, or shortly packed products ? 

Answer : If you encounter problem mentioned above, we will request the proof of photo on the products you received.

After verify your photo, we will send the replacement to you with no extra charges. It is 100% Risk free

7. What if I never received my purchased products after made payment ?

Answer : After payment made, we will email you estimated delivery date, tracking code and tracking site for you to track your shipment status from time to time.  

If you do not received your products after the estimated delivery date mentioned in our email, please contact us here to let us know. 

If the item confirm lost in transit, we will send you replacement or full refund, depend on your choice.

8. Online world is full of scam..  How am I going to ensure that you are a genuine seller that will send my products and not another scam trap online? 

Answer : Yes, online world is full of scam and we need to be extra careful when shopping online. We received payment via paypal.

You can try google yourself to find out more about paypal. It is a high value public listed company in United States, to act as online transaction medium since 1998 and serve 218 million account holders.

After you made payment via paypal, and if seller do not post out the item, and unable provide tracking code for the shipment, buyer can always raise a dispute in paypal resolution center to claim back their money100% Risk free for buyer !
